North Atlantic
Many of our products come from the fishing grounds near Iceland and the Faroe Islands. The North Atlantic’s fish species are of exceptional nutritional value and are high in fat content. This makes them extremely popular and in demand all over the world.

The waters off the coast of Mauritania are historically one of the strategic fishing regions, and are rich in pelagic commercial fish species. Fishing is carefully monitored by the local authorities and production is carried out in line with the fishing licenses. Our main partners in this region are well-known European fishing companies.

Angola
In the waters off the coast of Angola there is an abundant supply of sardinella, mackerel and horse mackerel. The quality and nutritional value of the local fish is very similar to Mauritania. As such, this region is one of the main supply sources for our business. Our partners process and freeze the catch directly on board ensuring the product meets the highest quality standards. The fish here have a constant fat level which means regular supplies throughout the year. Angolan waters are also a rich source of hake, a very popular fish, subject to high demand.

The cold waters off the coast of Namibia offer rich and stable catches all year round. The main species here is horse mackerel. Although the local fish has less nutritional value than Mauritania or Angola, it is still in high demand due to its competitive pricing. Thanks to reliable partnerships in this region, we can continually supply excellent fresh-frozen fish to those markets that have the highest demand.

South-East Pacific
The coastal waters off Japan offer rich catches of Pacific mackerel. This is a very popular fish in West Africa where its high levels of fat and protein make it a very nutritious choice. Fishing is carried out in the exclusive economic zone of Japan. We supply mackerel from Japan from December until March. Commercial fishing is controlled by issued quotas and local regulations.
